Parcel Held

Hi my parcel arrived from USA on 02 April. Since then I was contacted to make payment for clearance and duties which I duly did. After a couple of days I received the mail quoted below from one Frank Moleya.<br> <br> \ Good day<br> <br> Hope this mail finds you well.<br> <br> Kindly note that the shipment of the above Awb number has been detained by Customs Border Control Unit for Value Verification the turnaround is 5 to 7 working days after submission of documents with possible extension. We will advise once we have a report from Customs.<br> <br> Your case has been assigned to a case officer, for further inquiries please contact [Email Removed] <br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br> Tsoeu-Khotle Ramerafe Moikangoa <br> Customs Affairs<br> <br> I waited a few days and when there was still no update on the parcel and my emails to the above mentioned person going unanswered, I got in touch with your people on twitter and soon after Akhona Mvuza Frank and Frank Moleya sent me the email below:<br> <br> \"Good day<br> <br> Apologies for the inconvenience caused, kindly note that Port Health is busy with this consignment and kindly send us the bank statement for CBCU to start with their evaluations.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> I rep**** and there's still no parcel or rep"
