parcel delivered to the post office
I ordered a pack through Hairtools Sa from Germany. Ive been waiting more than 3 weeks. Phoned DHL today and we came to the conclusion the couriers \could not find me"at my place of work so they delivered the pack to Benmore Post office without contacting me!!!!! They did not list my name on the parcel...but my place of work's name and now the post office does not want to give me my pack without a letter from my work place. This is a PERSONAL delivery. Your service really sucks and this is a HUGE inconvenience. I paid R4000 for my stuff and i have NOTHING to show for it. I'll never do business with you again"""

Thank for taking my call earlier.
This shipment was moving as part of the services offered from other countries called DHL Paket, under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Whilst we all operate under the DHL banner, we are different entities doing different functions, all operating separately with our own procedures and areas of excellence.
We have DHL Express, whereby we specialize in Express consignments. Our service includes Track & Trace and Door-to-Door service. DHL Paket, is consignments that will be handed to Postal Authorities with no tracking available to the Express Network, as these travel as regular post.
Kindly contact the Postal Services directly to redirect the shipment to a different address. Please be advised as DHL Express, we are unable to interfere with the Post Office procedures as the shipment did not transit on our network.
