Parcel delayed

Hi All. I am waiting on my package that was shipped with DHL express from the US. Package was due to be delivered on the 30th as promised. As per tracking info, DHL handed my package over to RAM on the 29th March and today is the 2nd and still no package. I paid alot of money and yet no service. Numerous calls have been madbto DHL. They told me I should call RAM. I did not give my money to the any 3rd party I gave my money to DHL and DHL took my package. This the 2 nd time I am experienced this sort of delay in the space of 2 weeks.
