Paid duties and fees but no delivery

Hi, Iv paid duties and fees last week and my parcel is still clearance delayed. I have been in contact with the person responsible last week, but this week my emails are not being rep****. I would like my parcel to be delivered this week, NOT! next week or the following week or the following week.<br> AWB ***
