Package stuck in Germany for 3 months
A package from USA has been stuck in Germany for 3 months already. First it was stuck for a month in Frankfurt Transit Facility (since July 29th) until they marked it as UNDELIVERABLE and decided it should be returned to the sender for some unknown reason. Then they transferred it to Niederaula and it has been stuck there for 2 months. Package status has been PROCESSING COMPLETED AT ORIGIN. I e-mailed customer support and they have been of no use, so basically I lost money and the package is stuck.
