Package not delivered
Absolutely pathetic service. Package sent 24.11.20 from Germany and still not arrived without any online update since 02.12.20. Against better judgement used them and it will definitely be the last time. Not very optimistic about getting refunded via the insurance I took out for the package either. *********** company.

26 Dec 2020, 05:59The contact number for globalmail does not work and the local tracking number you gave is not for my package. If I knew DHL would use the local post office, I would not have used them. That package is long gone.
