Package from USA missing since September 2014

On 11 September 2014, I ordered a package from [URL Removed] They provided me with the DHL Global Mail tracking number: GM*** so that I could track the package. <br> <br> Until January I was unable to track the package as on DHL's website it said \Information on this package unavailable". Last month I tried again and it gave me the following: En Route"
