Package did not arrive as promised

I asked for a parcel to be delivered to the DHL in Plokwane. The lady servicing me incorrectly noted the delivery address and contact details. I tracked the parcel online and contacted the call centre on Saturday morning and again about 5 times throughout the day today to confirn delivery time and location . Still no parcel. When I asked what the remedial action would be, and when I would receive it (after kicking up a fuss) I was told it would be dispatched and arrive this evening. Still no parcel. Dhl has not lived up to its promise. I am utterly disappointed and will not be using the service again. Furthermore, I will not recommend them for personal or business use.
