overnight delivery means 3 days To DHL

Disgusted by DHLs service. I booked an overnight service from Cape town to durban And paid a lot more than the regular service and its 2 days later without delivery And now when i queried the delivery they saying delivery will be tomorrow. Horrible service and no reply from service agent
