Over charging on VAT&DUTIES and simply no reply

I bring in sample stock from Hong Kong every few weeks as I am in the sporting industry and we test various golf ball quality.<br> <br> DHL brought in a very small sample shipment for for us, the value of the items $320.00. I was horrified to receive their first invoice for VAT&Duties of R1767.00. Sent to me by Zaid King, when I flagged this amount up with him and why is was so much I was ignored.<br> <br> I posted a update on FaceBook and through friends commenting I was referred to Nthabiseng Motholo who then sent me an invoice for R1244.24.<br> <br> I brought an shipment in with TNT, exact same product although the value on this shipment was $220.00, clearing and vat on this R433.00<br> <br> I have emailed Nthabiseng twice to ask why DHL duties and VAT are almost x3 TNT, emails simply ignored. I also forwarded to her a copy of my other clearing document, no response.<br> <br> I have called her twice, both conversations with colleagues and messages left are recorded. No reply.<br> <br> My stock is urgent but I am not going to be held ransom and pay for ******ionate Vat duties because employees can be bothered to do their job.<br> <br> I will go public with this, and will never use DHL again.
