Outstanding service by Carmelita Marchant

I’ve dealt with courier companies, more especially DHL for the longest of time but the kind of service I got from Carmelita Marchant stood out. My parcel was randomly picked for inspection and we all know how those can delay delivery and I had to travel with the contents of the parcel. I am overly pleased with the service she gave me, went extra mile to investigate, gave constant feedback and arranged delivery just in time before my take-off (which I didn’t think was possible and have made peace with it). She gave me a whole new experience and perspective of dealing with courier companies and I have no doubt that she’s an asset to DHL. Keep up the good work Carmelita!
