Outstanding Service
A huge delay on my DHL parcel from overseas just sitting around. Finally got hold of someone who was interested in helping out and getting the parcel delivered. Lenora stuck with me to get everything moving (clearance, payments etc) and just downright took the initiative to get things done. Lenora, I really hope you get a raise or a higher position. You really deserve it for the service you offered and the obvious interest you have in your job.
