I really don't know what to say about DHL and their pathetic service.<br> To prove their incompetence I paid an extra 15 Dollars so that they can speed things up for me and this time because I really need this fast only to found out few minutes ago from some rude customer consultant dude who wasn't willing to clarify anything to me.<br> They must give me my extra fee since they're failing to deliver again.<br> This is really nonsensical.

Kindly be advise transit time from China to Durban in South Africa is 4 delivery days pending customs clearance .
I would like to advise that the shipment is currently being processed in Hong Kong Hub. We will do the necessary from our side to expedite the delivery once shipment is cleared from customs .
