Ordinary Air Freight would have been faster!

<p>On Wednesday, 15th June FFT Germany sent a PC to me - using DHL Courier, rather than ordinary Air Freight, as it is very urgent. Since Thursday, 16th June it has been sitting in JHB, waiting for clearance. It should have arrived here, in Uitenhage, on 17th June - but ok, let's give +1 for the public holiday, and + 1 for Sunday. So it should have arrived here no later than YESTERDAY.</p> <p>Yet it is still in JHB. I called yesterday and was told it would be here this morning. Yet, right now, at 10:40am, on the tracking website it STILL shows JHB!</p> <p>I called again today, speaking first to Ntombi, who passed me on to Masapelo who told me it would arrive late tonight or tomorrow. Since I've heard that before I asked why, but got not satisfactory answer. Masapelo then transferred me to someone else ... and after 3 minutes listening to a phone ringing, I hung up. This call took 13 Minutes, most of which I was 'on hold'; and I still have no explanation WHY my PC (DHL tracking no ********** 200) has not moved since Thursday; nor any reliable indication WHEN I can expect delivery.</p> <p>Can someone please supply an intelligent, reliable answer why DHL is slower than ordinary Air Freight?</p>
