Orders held by DHL for a very long time
I have just started a small business, made orders (Order 1: AWB ********** 716, Order 2: AWB ********** 565 and Order 3: CG ********** 55DE) and suppliers shipped packages through DHL. Packages arrived in South Africa 16 January, 18 January and 21 January respectively. The first and second orders arrived from Hong Kong and I am able to trace them. Although I still haven't received them. One order I am awaiting for the letter of intent DHL needs to send me this letter of intent. The second order has been released by customs but DHL still has it....Please release it for delivery. The third order from Chicago (CG ********** 55DE) cannot be traced,yet on your (DHL) tracking website it say it : 30 January 2018 SOUTH AFRICA DEPARTED FROM LOCAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER but DHL or SAPO call centre says they cannot find or locate the packaging. Please advise what is the current status of this packaging? and when will I get the letter of intent for the first and when will I receive the second packaging?
