Ordered a package from Germany and paid close to R1000 for shipping to find out that was the charge to deliver to post office in South Africa which is currently down

Ordered a package from Germany and paid close to R1000 for shipping to find out that was the charge to deliver to post office in South Africa which is currently down. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me what they did. Absolutely disgusting service.
