Ntshidiseng Sengalelane
I'm only giving DHL a 5-star rating because of one outstanding customer representative: Ntshidiseng Sengalelane. The other representatives were unhelpful and they kept on saying they couldn’t do anything, but Ntshidiseng gave me hope and organized everything to get my parcel delivered anyhow earlier as I needed for an important family event. Our functions were a success because of her! Thank you Ntshidiseng you were real life saver!!!😭🌹
