I phoned DHL again today to do a follow up. They clearly do not know what the next person is doing. I had to explain two minor purchases that I made over the last year. These were my very first overseas purchases, which I received via free China Post Air mail, but still paid customs when collecting it at the SA Post Office. After sending all of the information requested, including 6 months bank statements, they made it even worse?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? I was on the phone for nearly an hour this afternoon in order to find out what is going on with my wedding dress.
