Nothing fast about "express" service

Two weeks ago I made use of DHL's "express" service. Today I called them, since my tracking number shows no info and there have not been any news about my URGENT package. After not finding the shipment I was asked to call the place where the package were supposed to be collected from (as it wasn't from me). Turns out that the package was NEVER PICKED UP.

I called back to tell them this and to ask what they're going to do about it. After being transferred through three people I finally end up at someone who will re-schedule pickup of the package, which is now nearly two weeks late.
