Not just delivery on time...excellent service

I visited DHL Express in Pietermaritzburg with my documents to renew my official documents. I was very nervous when I was informed that I couldn't take out insurance as the whole process cost me a lot of money. The manageress assured me the documents would be fine. She made confident that her promises would be met. The documents arrived in the UK 2 days later and I received my new passport from a lovely DHL delivery driver last week well before I expected.
