Not happy with the service as per expectations received on the website
I am expecting a parcel which is meant to be delivered today. I called the DHL *** and i spoke with the lady by the name of Eva and she told me that my parcel was sent to RAM couriers and will be delivered tomorrow. My expectations was to get the parcel today as tomorrow I am heading to East London. I am disappointed with this service and I cannot afford to get the parcel after 12 since I will miss my flight. I kindly request intervention on this matter asap I was also assisted by a lady by the name of Thuso and she promised to speak with the Supervisor with regards to this matter.
