NONHLANHLA AND KAT BRITS MALL BRANCH

Your staff at Brits mall is so rude and unprofessional. Nonhlanhla is number one followed by Kat. We waited a whole hour for just finger prints to be taken and yet they assisted about 10 people who came after us and had appointments and even those who had appointments for way later in the day, just out of spite of whatever reason known to them, when we asked they became rude and now claimed the system was delaying their logins while we saw they had logged in and were assisting people that came before us.

It's absolutely horrible to deal with the two ladies.
