Non tax compliant DHL. Beware

I import a lot of items from overseas, when it arrives via DHL express, you have to pay the duties and taxes, but they refuse to give you any invoice or SAD500 as required by SARS. To clear a parcel takes between 1-2 week. All the other, FEDEX UPS etc, they send you the documents, you pay, and a few hours later all is cleared. Not DHL, how they get away with complying with SARS I don't know. They just blatantly refuse to give you an invoice for what you have to pay. I wish SARS can give them a decent audit as the are surely evading a lot of stuff. Really pathetic. You can send them emails, phone and listen to a song over the phone or anything else, they wont help you.
