Non Delivery
I have a parcel from Amazon in the USA that has now been "delayed customs clearance" for 5 days. DHL Express did this to me last time. They're worse than *********** - they're completely and utterly useless. On phoning the agent says "we need something from you" but is unable to say what and no-one else from DHL has bothered to contact me for 5 days. This is genuinely the most useless courier company I have ever had to deal with - this is second order in a row where this has gone wrong. Pathetic
