No urgency to assist clients

My parcel arrived in JHB on the 25th of April and everything proceeded as per normal. My company was invoiced, we paid the invoice and we waited for delivery. Waited, waited, waited ... and still waiting. <br> I called up DHL only to discover that they swapped the first two numbers of my importers code around and gladly gave them the correct code. I was told that they would have the parcel cleared at once as I had now been waiting quite some time. After not hearing anything for two days, I called them up AGAIN and was told that my customs code was rejected and that I had to confirm with SARS that it was still active (which I then did) and was told by DHL to now get a letter of confirmation and e-mail this to them. The most frustrating part of this entire exercise is the amount of time that has been wasted due to DHL not contacting me to inform me of any problem! But VERY fast to e-mail me the invoice which I paid immediately. Oh and I'm STILL waiting! <br> I have now opened an account with FEDEX, so let's see if they are more competent.
