No support what so ever!
I have been trying to solve an issue on an international package sent from Germany for weeks now and am getting no help from anyone when I am lucky enough to get hold of someone in your DHL Global call centre.
Utterly disappointed at the moment.

Looking at the tracking number mentioned, I can confirm that your shipment is moving with DHL Paket, under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Meaning that this parcel did not move via DHL Express, but Global mail. These shipments are handed over to the local postal services in each country to handle the delivery with no tracking available on the DHL Express network hence we are no able to assist you further.
Please contact DHL Global Mail *** or the Post office on either *** or by Phone on ***, quote your tracking number. The consultant will be able to assist you with information on when you can expect receipt of your shipment.
