No Service From DHL
Order a parcel from UK arrived in SA on 25 June 2015. My shipment is delayed I had no contact from DHL what so ever. This morning I managed to get through to the Call Centre and was told that I needed to pay tax on the shipment I have had to email or phone call regarding this. Call person said that they would mail me the invoice for the tax in 30 min. This has been 3 and a half hours ago. Since then I cannot get hold of anyone at DHL Call Centre! Been holding on for more that 30 min! This is pathetic Service!!!
