NO SERVICE DELIVERY FROM DHL!!!
DHL should remove the word express from their name. Every encounter I have had with DHL has been snail mail. I made a booking for a parcel to be collected between 10am and 1pm today. It is 2pm and I am still waiting for my parcel to be collected. Today is not my first encounter with the poor service from DHL. I always have to make 2 to 3 calls to ensure that my parcel is collected. Thumbs down for such terrible service!!

This is not the level of service DHL Express aspires to give our clients. I understand that the Shipment was collected this afternoon – I apologise for the delayed collection , our courier was delayed with pickups today. I assure you that this will be addressed internally to ensure a better Service is provided The Shipment was successfully collected and en route.
