No service delivery
I requested a parcel of mine to be collected from Hesselink Konig Inc. I made payment with Ipay from the link was sent to me by DHL. A few minutes later I received a call from the attorney, the collector from DHL will not collect the parcel and demand R411.65 to be paid again. I already paid for this service. But wait I can not call this service as there are no service to speak about. ******* take your money and demand the same payment again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
