No Service

Usually I receive good service but my last shipment was absolute chaos. Basically tried to book a shipment online on Monday, took forever as I had to fill in all the international codes, when it came to payment nothing worked. Tried on multiple browsers with no success. Eventually phoned and they booked on the telephone where I could go on to a link and submit everything. Payment would be made when collected from my office. Tuesday I phone to ask if it will be collected with a card machine to pay and was told yes. Driver arrives no card machine. He had to come back later and collected only after 16:00, so two days wasted. Wednesday I phone to ask when shipment will leave as it's urgent. Was on phone line more than two hours with no answer. Only after 16:00 I get an email saying documents are missing. I immediately send documents and try and speak to agent with little effort to help. Thursday i'm on the phone the whole day and sending multiple emails to ask what the issue is and why shipment has not departed. I eventually get a response Friday after phoning and being on the line another two hours with only a on sentence answer.

DHL did not phone me once after requesting multiple times and never answered the phone. Pleas refund ME! I'm basically flying to destination now to deliver package.
