No service
Catastrophic service by DHL Express Germany. No collection over more than 24 hours. Then driver claims that envelope was not ready but had never shown up! Of course, they have taken my money already (over R1,500). For such no performance!

The waybill number is ***. The situation was topped by DHL Germany last night. They had promised after all the mess-up that the shipment would be collected by 19h00 German time. Of course, nobody showed up. The sender then followed up with your German Customer Care and was informed that the driver apparently claims that the shipment was not ready. Interesting because a driver never showed up at sender's place.
