No one wants to help with lost parcell

My mother sent me a package from Germany a month ago. She traced the package until it arrived in SA on the 11th. I'm trying my best to find out where my stuff is that my mother paid a lot of money for to send through DHL so that it wount get losed. Guess what...no one can help me...every single person from pretoria to joburg tells me to phone this one, then that one, then the post office(witch its clearly not at). I never get an answer from no one. Who can help at dhl if no one ??? Why even use this service at all that you pay a lot for and don't hear anything about your package again......?????
