No one responds to emails!
I have sent numerous emails to get my updated Vat and Duty invoice, and no one bothers to reply. When the call center redirects me to the Post Clearance team, the phone just rings and rings. What is the point of having phones when no one bothers to pick them up!? I was charged duty on a shipment that should be duty free, and no it is like a nightmare to get it changed and the shipment just stays on hold. Really frustrating.
