No movement on picked up package for deliver

Good day ,

My parcel from DHL has been picked up on the 24th of May 2021,The delivery should've been delivered on the 25th of May 2021,When the receiver was trying to track the package it has not been updated the package has been fetched,Up to date the package has not been delivered,Customer care is pathethic as Im dealing with these guys on a timeously bases to figure out what went wrong,Im tired of the excuses!!!! According to dhl waybills has been mixed up, Unfortunately that is not an issue on my end The last agent ive spoken to requested for my hand over document which was signed by myself and the driver aswell as they requested for the proof of payment to show I've made pick up payment!!!! Up to date i haven't received any confirmation as to what's going on my parcel is sitting idle somewhere without any movement!!!!!

I DEMAND ASSITANCE IMMEDIATELY AS MY PARCEL IS IMPORTANT TO THE RECIEVER!!!!!!!
