No Feedback from Call Centre Staff
<p>I paid for my expedited shipping on the 23rd of November and I still have not received my parcel from DHL. I worked with Phumzile who is one of their call centre consultants as there has been a clearance delay on my parcel. She was very helpful at first however now she ignores my e-mails and does not take my calls. A month later still no parcel. She advised me yesterday that her Team Leader would be taking a walk personally to Customs to sort out my issue and I have not had feedback since then. I have exhasuted my airtime trying to call them. I need my items by Xmas as I have waited long enough. All I want is feedback, even if there is no resolution to my issue at least come back to me. They have such a nonchalant attitude towards resolving queries in time and I do not want to use them again. Some please come back to me!!!</p>

Please be advised that I am taking full responsibility as to getting answers from imports department and will make sure that you get updated on the progress of your shipment on daily basis until shipments gets released.

I have been patiently waiting for just under a month and I am running a small business, I pay for expedited shipping for a reason.
I am getting really frustrated now.
I am losing client loyalty and I have clients requesting refunds.
