No feedback, Delay for months...
Morning, please note i am still waiting for my parcel after promising that it will be delivered on the 18th. I am still struggling with the same parcel. You guys lie and dont want to deal with the same person who handled my parcel now. Since the 17th just promises only. Where is the parcel? Is it lost or what? Let me know and i want delivery no later than today after 2 and a half months. What are you guys doing for real. I also worked in sales if there is a quiry, we would do anything to get it done immediately. I hardly complain and when i do its time for you to upgrade your standards. Please when delivering notify me of the delivery. You made me pay processing fee 3 times for this.... Really?? More than 3 months. I cant believe after my first review i am still on the same position. I guese you nolonger need customers. You apologise and still nothing gets done. Need my parcel today and no later.
