NO FEEDBACK

How many times must you call and leave a message before someone actully returns your call. We have a parcel stuck at customs since last week. Sent all the requested documents and now can't get feedback. Really DHL, not what I expect from an international company. Then we are told that if the goods don't clear soon we will have to pay storage.
