No Feedback and Poor Customer Service

I will never use DHL again. Disappointed that no feedback has been given regarding delivery if my package. I had to call 7 times to get feedback. Very little help offered when using the call centre. Highly dissatisfied with my experience.

It is now after 10 am and I am still waiting for a follow up phone call that was supposed to be made at 9 this morning. Will someone urgently call me. Someone who will be able to sort out this matter by end of business today. I am fed up with this pathetic service.
