No delivery! R2800 later

hi, i spent two hours of my saturday sitting at DHL express, because i needed stock delivered to Mossel bay branch, i sat there and paid the R2800 because this was URGENT.. the lady behind the counter was very helpful and called the call centre to confirm if my \express"delivery will be delivered on monday morning...its now monday evening and my express delivery wasnt delivered..<br> <br> Did i mention \""urgent\"" and i \""paid\"" R2800??? i normally use ram"
