No Delivery of Item - MCC Permit Required
Good day,
I have been struggling for the last week attempting to figure out how to obtain my parcel. I have now paid the duties required, confirmed the proof of payment and they have now requested that I need a MCC permit. I have purchased a single natural item online for personal use but I need a permit? I have bought this item many times previously and now I need to supply this. Why is that the case. I have phoned multiple times and have to await long waiting times on the phone to get an answer.
