No delivery and lies from DHL !!!

I had a shipment clear early on 8 July 2015 as customs were duly paid on the 7 July 2015. Usually thereafter the package the next day but I have received nothing till today. I have called the call centre/customs/operations and they all a bunch of ***** as I am kept on being promised delivery the next day. I was told today that my payment was only allocated on this past Monday 12 July 2015 !!! I am assuming that my package has been ****** by DHL staff as I was promised feedback on numerous occasions but I get no calls, my last reference number for feedback is ***, I was told once again that I will get a call within 2 hours and that never happened. I paid for an express service and this is worse then economy. Lets see if I get feedback via this platform. My phone is always on and I always answer, it will not go to voicemail !
