No Communication

<p>I have a parcel received in South Africa last week Monday</p> <p>Everytime I track the parcel, it says learance event.</p> <p>I was told that the parcel should be released on Thursday25 August</p> <p>When I inquired on the 26th, DHL told me they need the transaction statement. which I sent to them.</p> <p>I have contacted numerous people working at DHL this morning to find out what is going on, but no one has communacated with me. Because I am not in the Country, my partner then phoned them to ask what is going on, and they said they need a Highlighted statement from me.</p> <p>Which no one had considered telling me between Friday and this morning</p> <p>I have done that this morning as well, and still no one in DHL South Africa has contacted me back to tell me the status.</p> <p> </p> <p>What am I to do????</p> <p>I do find it very frustrating for I am not in the country and</p>
