Never using DHL again and I’m reporting them to press!

This is becoming a serious problem. First of all I have my parcels with holded and I don’t know why? Why can I not track it and why is is delayed. I may not ever use DHL again after this!

That doesn’t help! I’m about to leave the city for my wedding on Wednesday and you guys have made me cancel my arrangements on Friday only to make me wait, again! You said 13th for shipment ********** 515 and now I wait with no response or call! How hard is it to find Dainfern? It’s in the north of Johannesburg! And shipment ********** 322 needs information from me yet I have still not received a call. You guys I will never EVER use DHL again after this! Violet ********** 723
