NEVER USE DHL PLEASE THEY ARE USELESS SHIPPING IS TOO EXPENSIVE THIS IS WHAT WE GET ****TY SERVICES
I got a parcel from dhl 2 months already and the Porth Health didn’t approved it because the labelling is not properly stick.
I spoke to one of the Dhl employees and I ask her what about the the Clothes is on the package she said it can be shipped to me except the cosmetics Porth Health didn’t approved.
She just sent email me that I need to pay for cost to Destroyed the products that Porth Health didn’t approved.
But on the 26th April she said on the email
Please note that sending the parcel back to the supplier for proper labelling will be at your own cost or alternatively we can abandon the parcel to the Government State warehouse at no cost to you to be destroyed.
There is something suspicious with this package I don’t believe dhl anymore

Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may be experiencing in this regard.
Port Health has advised that they have checked the parcel 3 times and still it is not done properly. They have advised that you need to send the parcel back to the supplier and only send it back to ZA once it is properly labelled. They had the same issues with the previous shipment sent by you and had advised you that you cannot send samples that contain Kojic acid into the country without an authorization from the MCC.
In as much as we endeavour for positive customer experiences we do not control the customs clearance process. The process is regulated and controlled by government officials in each country. We are unable to intercede with their procedures and regulations, as they are a Government controlled entities and we have to abide to their rules and regulations.
