Never in my life received worst service

I have not once had a pleasant experience with DHL. Other than paying ridiculous prices for your services, there are always problems with payment and the delivery process. Part of the extremely long waiting process is DHL not informing customers that there is a problem with the delivery (such as payment or parcels going through auditing) leaving customers to wait extended periods of time without an explanation unless you try to contact DHL yourself to figure out where your parcel is in the shipping process. I am still waiting for one of my parcels. I have been in contact with two separate employees from the contact centre and I have submitted a formal complaint to management more than a week ago and I am still not receiving any replies. I've seen the same complaints over and over again and yet every time I give DHL another chance, I am even more disappointed than before with their services Will certainly not give them another chance.
