Never Ever use this shocking company!
This is the most shocking company I have worked with in a very long time. They have absolutely no regard for client services and do not care that they can damage parcels, violate your privacy and just not care at all. Even when logging a complaint on the CEO's "2 business hour" complaint line, they just don't care- 2 WEEKS later and still not even a computer generated message saying they acknowledge the receipt of the complaint. If they care so little that they can not even acknowledge they received the complaint, they clearly just do not give a @#%&. I can only advice people to think very carefully before using such an awful company. And from the 1775 complaints logged on this site alone, clearly I am not the only one who thinks so. I will definitely never do business with this company again- especially not the local Bloemfontein office with their pathetic service!

I wish all DHL customers could experience the level of service I received from Nitesh Singh. I do not believe that the Bloemfontein DHL office is near this level- but hopefully DHL can learn from Nitesh and provide all their customers with this support. I will recommend both Nitesh and Busisiwe to anybody...but unfortunately, they are not the people in the offices, dealing with clients daily.
