Negligent and *********** clearance department

I have in my life never come across such an absolutely *********** clearance department. I had to explain three times that their SAD500 was incorrect, they were declaring the items as something it is not and the *********** agents still could not understand that a pen and a paint by numbers canvas is NOT the same thing. So it would seem DHL is OK with ***** by the looks of it. I got so frustrated I ended up just paying the incorrect customs amount to get them out of my life.
