Negative turned definite positive
I really want to commend and thank a very special person (Buhle Sekoboane) at DHL International for assisting me and going above and beyond with trying to help me locate a parcel inbound from the USA.
At first, I wrote a negative review since it appeared to be a DHL problem. Nope, I was wrong !!. DHL did their logistics in partnership with another stakeholder just fine and shipping went as expected with shipping updates etc, however..... It turns out that the shipping due to the e-commerce store I purchased the item from uses DHL as the long-haul carrier and once in-country has been handed over to SAPO.
So OUT with the negative review and IN with a positive review
