Negative to positive
This review would have been an awful one had it not been for Mulondi Dzebu. After having an unpleasant experience with DHL because my shipment had a 5 day clearance delay and after making serveral attempts at contacting customer services , I turned to the DHL Africa Facebook page and sent them a message , I got an immediate response letting me know that I’d be contacted shortly. Not long after that I received a call from Mulondi Dzebu who apologized for the inconvenience and helped me immediately. He took it upon himself to email me everyday and let me know what was happening with my order and provided assistance every step of the way. I will definitely consider using DHL again thanks to Mulondi.
