My package is stuck at the warehouse even after submitting all the supporting documents.

I bought some shoes from the UK and unfortunately the commercial invoice was written in Dollars instead of Rands.But after I sent the proof of purchase and the company sending the right commercial invoice nothing has been resolved but instead a new agent calls me everyday requesting me to send the same supporting documents over and over .

And the package has been in SA for almost 2 weeks and I’m on the verge of giving up altogether about it . I’m so disappointed about their service and communication breakdown amongst their service agents .
